We are a resilient people. If not for the vision of our elders and the strength of our spirit, we would not be telling this story. We have faced steep challenges, with more to come. But we are here today, joining the world of technology with our knowledge of the land, so both can serve our greatest asset and our collective future: our students. Through quality education we are are not training them to be foreigners, but to succeed and thrive in a changing world. As First Nations parents and educators, we carry our rich heritage with us and with our children towards the new horizon.
